Our “17CC” project involves the refurbishment, extension and repositioning of a former office building into c. 190,000 sq ft of CL2 science workspaces, in the heart of Canary Wharf.  The finished building will offer premium workspaces to the science community, with a mix of fully fitted, Cat A and Shell & Core finishes, catering to a range of occupier type and size.
