The start of the year marks a new addition to the team, with the hire of Jeffrey Chalmers, as senior adviser.

Jeffrey joins the team with two decades of investment and lending experience in the European and US real estate markets and in his new role he will support our ambition to grow the portfolio and expand assets under management across retrofit-led office, industrial and resi schemes in London and the UK.

This new role solidifies the commitment that LS Estates has made to build-out a portfolio of projects in key growth sectors worth £1bn over the next two years. We look forward to building on our reputation for delivering well-designed, sustainable long-term assets and Jeffrey's appointment brings us one step closer to this goal.
